A little help along the way

Let’s find your
next step.

Start with what you want to make. We’ll point you to the right workspace.

Pages & writing

I want to write or share.

Sign in to Member Pages, open your dashboard, and start a page. Use the sharing controls to decide who can see it.

Assistant & writer

I could use a little help.

Sign in to use the AI tools when they’re enabled. Describe your idea or bring text you want to improve. Review the result before using it.

Website builder

I want my own website.

Open Harbor Sites and sign in there. Build in the visual editor or upload a supported site package, then preview and publish when you’re ready.

Games, databases & apps

I need a server.

Open Harbor Servers to check available server types, hosting capacity, and the resources included with your account.

Getting unstuck

A few useful answers.

Which account should I use?

Your main site member account is for Member Pages and the member AI tools. Harbor Sites and Harbor Servers are separate services and may have their own accounts. Use the sign-in screen for the workspace you’re opening.

I can’t sign in to the main site.

Open the main site sign-in page and use its password reset link if you’ve forgotten your password. If your account requires email verification, check your inbox and spam folder for the verification message.

Harbor says the request must come from its dashboard.

Use the Harbor link on this page, check that the address begins with HTTPS, and make sure there is no extra dot after “.com”. Refresh the page and try again. If it still fails, save the exact error message without including your password or any access tokens.

The AI tools are unavailable or I reached a limit.

The site owner must enable AI and configure its provider. Members also have usage limits. Follow the notice in the AI workspace; if it shows a reset time, try again after that time.

Can I change my work after publishing?

Yes. Open the page or website in the workspace where you created it. Review your changes, then save or publish them using that tool’s controls.

Where do I check my resource limits?

Check your account and hosting information inside the relevant workspace. Website storage, server memory and CPU, and AI requests have separate limits.

Ready to give it a try?
