A little clarity
Good questions.
Simple answers.
A few things to know before you begin.
Where should I start?
Member Pages is a good starting point for writing and sharing. Choose Harbor Sites for a separate website, or Harbor Servers for game servers, databases, and apps.
Do I need an account?
You can browse public pages without signing in. Creating content and using AI tools requires a member account. Harbor Sites and Harbor Servers may require their own sign-ins.
Is everything I create public?
No. Member Pages includes visibility controls, and website drafts stay in their workspace until you publish them. Check the visibility and sharing settings of the tool you’re using.
How do the AI tools work?
When enabled by the site owner, the assistant and writer send the text you submit to OpenAI to generate a response. Usage limits apply. Review the results before sharing them, and keep sensitive information out of your prompts.
How much hosting can I use?
Available resources depend on the service, account level, and current hosting capacity. Check the limits shown in your Harbor workspace. Harbor Servers also supports connecting your own hardware for extra capacity.
What’s your next idea?
Give it a little space. See what it becomes.
